More than 15 years' experience in the learning industry and a passion for knowledge, has led to the development of the Knowledge Creation Model. "I am a firm believer that innovation is possible for almost everyone, if the correct environment exists. It is therefore my goal to assist organisations to define and grow the domains that support innovation."
The KC model was developed over a period of 10 years. It was first conceptualised during my studies for an Honours Degree in Information Science at the University of Johannesburg. During this period of my studies I attended lectures by Professor Adeline du Toit who later became my mentor and provided guidance and inspiration second to none.
In 2013 I enrolled for a Masters Degree in Information Science at the University of Pretoria with Professor Adeline du Toit as my supervisor. My research dissertation was completed in 2016 and the model and it's application was fleshed out during this process.
